Patient Details
This patient underwent a breast lift and reduction procedure to correct sagging and asymmetry that developed following weight fluctuations and pregnancy. Before surgery, the breasts displayed moderate drooping with most of the volume concentrated in the lower portion. Using a vertical (lollipop) incision pattern, excess skin and breast tissue were carefully removed while maintaining nipple sensation and blood supply.
